TIME®5210C is a new hardness measuring device suitable for industrial field testing.
Powered by 220vAC, it has good anti-interference ability and can ensure
the stability of measured values in complex industrial field environments;
All types of TIME digital impact devices can be used;
The product can communicate with user devices in the form of PLC
controllers, PCs, etc. through Ethernet networking and be integrated into
the user's online testing system.
The product's measurement parameter setting and user calibration
functions can be completed independently on the machine to obtain the
flexibility of use in semi-automatic scenarios, and can also be completed
entirely through the host computer, which is suitable for fully automatic
hardness online measurement.
This product is suitable for production lines that are automated or
expected to be automated in industrial sites. It is suitable for hardness
testing of batch workpieces and uploading the measurement results to
the user system for subsequent processing.

● Metal shell, sealed design, compact and light structure, easy to place on site;
● Good anti-interference ability ensures the stability of measured values
in industrial field environment;
● 2.42-inch OLED display, 128×64 graphic dot matrix, high brightness,
high contrast, clear and eye-catching information display;
● Working with digital impact device, it can be equipped with all 7
types of probes, the probe type is automatically identified, and no
recalibration is required when changing;
● It has the function of automatically identifying common impact
directions (except G-type impact device);
● Through the Ethernet interface, it can be connected to user devices
such as PLC controllers and PCs to achieve communication with such
devices;
● Through the Ethernet interface, the IP address of the host can be set
to meet the requirements of on-site networking;
● The measurement parameters, including materials, hardness system,
impact direction and conversion table, can be set through software or
only on the machine;
● The indication software can be calibrated through software or only on the machine.
It is powered by 220vAC single-phase power supply.
