Function and structure:
WAW-300C computer controlled servo hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used to execute the tension, compression, bending, shearing etc. test for metal materials. Attached with simple accessories and devices, it can be used to test wood, concrete, cement, rubber, and so on.
The oil cylinder is at the bottom of the load frame, tension space is at the upside of the load frame, and compression and bending space is between lower crosshead and working table. The lower crosshead is driven by motor, worm gear - worm shaft and nut, then adjust the testing space.
The machine adopts ourselves developed hydraulic servo measuring and control system, load is measured by oil pressure transducer, PC screen display the load, deformation, and testing curves. The system can realize various control modes, such as uniform speed testing load, uniform speed deformation, uniform speed displacement, load holding, displacement holding, etc. Auto calculate all kinds of testing data in accordance with GB/T228-2002, and print diverse testing report(customized), also users can easily edit their own report form.
